Rowan Tree Fabrics

At Rowan Tree Fabrics, we specialise in premium, custom-printed fabrics fulfilled through a monthly pre-order system. We currently ship within the United Kingdom and the United States.

Order Process & Turnaround Time

• All purchases are processed as pre-orders.
• Orders are submitted to our fabric printer once per calendar month, typically within four weeks of order confirmation.
• Once printing is complete, fabrics are cut, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
• Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

Estimated total turnaround time: 4–8 weeks from the date of purchase.

We currently deliver to:

• United Kingdom (UK)
• United States of America (USA)

Delivery Timeframes (Post-Dispatch)

• UK: 2–4 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (for parcels under 20kg).
• USA: 7–14 working days via international tracked service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal conditions or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

United Kingdom

• Under one metre of stretch or soft fabric: qualifies for small envelope postage at £2.70.
• Vinyl is shipped rolled and incurs a £6.65 postage cost.
• All other UK shipping rates follow fixed pricing, based on item type and packaging requirements.

United States

• A separate postage invoice will be issued once the item has arrived and is ready for dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties (USA)

Customers in the United States are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred upon delivery. These are not included in the item or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

• If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address information.
