We specialise in pre-ordering exclusive fabric designs, professionally printed on a range of high-quality base fabrics.
2. How does the pre-order system work?
We launch exclusive fabric designs for pre-order during limited windows. Customers can choose their preferred base fabric and order the amount required. Orders are submitted to the printer once a month. After submission, production begins, and fabrics are shipped once printed and quality-checked.
3. Do you have a physical store?
No. Rowan Tree Fabrics operates exclusively online. All orders are placed through our website.
4. What are your opening hours?
As an online store, our website is accessible 24/7 for browsing and ordering.
5. Can I order online?
Yes. All orders are placed through our website as part of our pre-order system. Once a pre-order window closes and the monthly order is submitted to the printer, production begins. Fabrics are typically dispatched approximately four weeks after submission.
6. Do you offer fabric samples?
No. We do not offer samples. All fabric is sold exclusively through our pre-order system.
7. How is fabric sold?
Fabric is sold by the half metre. If you order more than one unit, it will be supplied as a continuous length.
9. What is your returns policy?
Cut fabric, including pre-orders, cannot be returned unless faulty. All other items can be returned within 14 days if in original condition. Refer to our Returns Policy page for full terms.
